Making History Where It Counts

Although the season started off with two
difficult losses, the team persevered. They
finished their season 18-5 and went on to
win districts for the second year in a row,
reaching the Regional Semifinal.
Above: Finding a gap in the defense, senior Maurice Milton winds up for
a shot. Milton ended the season with 22 goals.
On the opposite page: Taking the ball behind the cage, junior Nicolas
Smith looks for an open teammate. Smith led the team in goals with a
total of 53.
Keeping cool under pressure junior Deiter Prussing settles the ball.
Prussing was a key part of the offense playing behind the net.
Celebrating the game winning overtime goal, junior Rogelio Consuegra
leaps into the air. Consuegra scored three goals in the Gulliver game.
Clamping the ball during the face off, junior Ricardo Mayo attempts to
get a fast break for the offense. Mayo was a significant part of the team
with 124 face off wins.
Running past the defender, senior Raphael Perez-Blanco gains
possession of the ball taking it back to offense. Perez-Blanco ended the
